John A. Aquino, 23, died Friday, June 5, 1995. Born in Newark, he lived in Rutherford, moving here in 1986. He was a probation investigator for the Essex County Probation Department.  He was a member of Sigma Beta Tau fraternity.

Surviving are his parents,  Gary and Gloria Cucchiara; his grandmothers, Carmen Perez of Newark and Josephine Dios of Rutherford; and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
