Jay,
I am very impressed with what you are doing with our alumni site. Enjoy taking a walk down memory lane with the brotherhood. I just saw the recent posting of a picture of the Iota pledge class paddle, which each pledge class had to make. They were large and very impressive. We used to display them at functions, such as our weekly dances at the Springfield Lodge. Think that was its name but after 52 years, might not be!!! I do remember drinking a lot of beer out of my fraternity mug!! As a member of the Kappa class I worked on our pledge paddle and always wondered what happened to it and if anyone has a picture of it. If you could give a shout out to any members of my Kappa class who might know what happened to our pledge paddle. Thanks again For all your efforts.

Cliff, It is a real pleasure to maintain this site and share those memories that other Brothers have in their possession. I hope others can find memorabilia to send to me to share with the over 800 names in the database. BTW: The name of the lodge was the “EVERGREEN LODGE” where we had the group SKY play and some of the songs were from the group Chicago. My favorite had to be “Beginnings”

Jay,
Outstanding website and the new photos bring tears to my eyes. Such great memories of all my Brothers and their leadership skills.
Our brothers have assumed leadership throughout the Country.
Art Kirk, Frank Nero, Al Record, John Gluck, John Firman, Phil Heery, Tony Sa, Loehnig, Ken May, Angelo and Paul and so many Brothers I can’t name them all.
Just want to add the friendships of Tom and Ed Coyle along with Mr. Sigma Beta Tau, Greg Young.
